Appart'City Confort Tours is located in the heart of the modern 2 Lions district, next to the 'Heure Tranquille' tram stop, so you will have easy access to the city centre, train station and the famous Place Plumereau in less than 10 minutes. Our team is here to help 24/7 on our 3-star premises with free Wi-Fi and a business corner. Every one of our 113 apartments (excluding standard rooms) is fully furnished and equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle or cafetière, dishes and kitchen utensils. The location of our aparthotel is ideal: in a quiet area yet near all the necessary amenities, the shopping centre, restaurants, a cinema, a bowling alley and the university.
