With the Central Business District close by, business travellers will also find its location ideal. It is a 15-minute walk from both Chinatown MRT Station and Clarke Quay MRT Station. A 10-minute drive away from popular Orchard Road and a 45-minute drive away from Changi International Airport. Spacious and modern, the air-conditioned apartments all come with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and a living room. A cable TV and dining table are included. Guests can relax in the outdoor swimming pool, exercise at the gym or make use of the barbecue facilities. The residence also provides free parking and a children's playground. Housekeeping services are available three times a week, except Sundays and local public holidays. We do not have non-smoking rooms. Terms and Condition: Early termination is not allowed. Guests who wish to shorten their stay will not be given refund. For non-refundable bookings, full payment will be charged upon reservation made. This property reserves the right to pre-authorise the guest's credit card for a security deposit upon arrival. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Check-in time is after 2pm and check-out time is before 12noon. Parties are not permitted. Housekeeping services are available 3 times per week, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Pets are subject to a pet levy and other conditions, including pet size restrictions. Do note nearby a redevelopment project will be ongoing next to our serviced residence from 1 June 2025 to the end of 2028. Guests may experience noise and disruptions during these period, particularly during designated working hours.
