In this building lived historical figures such as the Marquise de Montilla, the architect J. Gordillo or and the sculptor J. Llimona. Also on the ground floor, you will find the local "snooker", specialized in pool games and cocktails. It was inaugurated in 1985 renovated by the architect S. Roqueta and the designer C.
