## Authentication & Rate Limits
- Public catalog, Markdown, and MCP discovery/search tools are read-only and require **no API key** (rate-limited to 60 requests/minute per IP).
- Customer bookings and checkout take place in the browser under Clerk session security and ATOL 11087 compliance.
